REFUND POLICY
At NailBi, we stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. We offer a 7-day unconditional return policy, provided the product is returned in its original packaging, along with any gifts included. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns of used items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a 100% refund, deducting only the costs not related to the product itself, such as shipping and transaction fees.
